1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and xr777 ("xr777", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing xr777, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through xr777 — including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and all others), poker, and any promotional offers or bonus schemes published on the Platform. Where specific product rules differ from these general Terms, the product-specific rules apply to that product only, and these general Terms continue to govern everything else.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using xr777 immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use xr777 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xr777 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds within the account will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — xr777 accounts may not be registered in the name of a company, organisation, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of xr777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had an xr777 account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms, including for fraud, multiple account creation, or abuse of a promotional offer.
• Your use of xr777 must be for personal entertainment only, and not for any commercial purpose including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate or providing tipping services using xr777 accounts.

xr777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the temporary suspension of your account until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each person may register only one account on xr777. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or across different time periods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that individual and the forfeiture of all balances within them.

When registering your xr777 account you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (CNIC)
• Your date of birth
• Your current mobile number (used for OTP verification and payment method linking)
• A valid email address that you control and monitor
• The payment method you intend to use (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your xr777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. xr777 will treat all activity conducted from your account as authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact xr777 support immediately via the live chat facility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on xr777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following financial rules apply to all account holders:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. This is a security measure to prevent third-party money movements.
• xr777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and will not be waived regardless of account standing.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name will be rejected and refunded. Processing fees charged by the returning payment provider are not covered by xr777.
• Any balance in an xr777 account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 100 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting markets on xr777. Product-specific rules for individual sports and tournaments are published within the relevant betting section of the platform and should be read alongside these general rules.

• The minimum single bet on xr777 is Rs 50. The maximum stake per bet varies by market and event and is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• All bets are final once confirmed by the xr777 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where xr777's Cash Out feature is available and activated by the member.
• xr777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in the displayed odds — for example, where odds were published at a grossly incorrect level due to a system error. Members will be notified of void bets and stakes returned in full.

• xr777 reserves the right to limit the stakes, markets, or betting frequency of any account at its discretion, particularly where patterns of play suggest arbitrage betting or syndicate activity.
• Accumulator bets on xr777 must include a minimum of two selections. If one leg of an accumulator is void, the selection is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs.

6. Crash Games and Casino Products

Crash games available on xr777 — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Crash, Turbo Crash, and Balloon — and all other casino products operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair cryptographic systems. The following rules apply:

• Each crash game round is independent. The outcome of any previous round has no influence on the outcome of any future round. xr777 cannot predict or influence round outcomes.
• The minimum bet per crash game round is Rs 50. Maximum bets vary by game title and are displayed within the game interface before each round.
• If a technical error causes a round to be interrupted after a bet has been placed but before a result is reached, the round will be voided and all placed stakes refunded to players' xr777 balances.
• Winnings from crash games are credited to your xr777 wallet balance instantly upon a successful cash-out. These winnings are immediately available for withdrawal subject to the withdrawal rules in Section 4.
• Auto cash-out instructions are server-side on xr777. If a connectivity issue on your device causes a delay in manual cash-out, server-side auto cash-out remains active and will execute at your set target multiplier.
• xr777 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each crash game title. RTPs are calculated over millions of rounds and individual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

xr777 offers bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:

• Bonus funds credited to your xr777 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure. Wagering requirements must be met before any portion of the bonus or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active in your xr777 account at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using a bonus as part of a strategy to arbitrage the wagering requirement — for example by placing opposing bets — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• xr777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, refuse to credit a bonus, or reclaim a bonus from a member's account if we determine that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days of being credited unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress are removed from the account without compensation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xr777 and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, which may lead to permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one xr777 account, whether in your own name or under any alias, household member, or third party
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the xr777 platform in a manner not available to standard users through the normal interface
• Deliberately exploiting an error, bug, or pricing mistake in the xr777 platform to extract value that would not be available under normal operating conditions
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, soft-playing, or any other form of chip manipulation
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using xr777 to launder money, or using the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise
• Providing false identity information during the registration or verification process
• Sharing your xr777 account login credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the xr777 platform or its associated infrastructure

9. Account Suspension and Closure

xr777 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. The most common grounds for account action are listed below, but this list is not exhaustive:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by xr777
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is operated by or on behalf of a person under 18
• Continued activity despite having activated a self-exclusion period under the responsible gaming tools in Section 10

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, all balances within the account — including any pending withdrawal requests — will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at xr777's discretion for reasons not attributable to the member's conduct, any cleared balance (i.e., not derived from a bonus with outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members may also close their own xr777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support through the live chat facility. Any cleared balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member via their registered payment method subject to standard identity verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

xr777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We take this commitment seriously and have built the following tools directly into every xr777 account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your xr777 account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Timers: Set a time limit for gaming sessions. xr777 will display a reminder when your limit is reached and will require an additional confirmation to continue playing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xr777's liability to any member is limited to the cleared balance held in that member's account at the time the liability arises. xr777 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the xr777 platform
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by technical failure, maintenance, third-party service provider outages, or events beyond xr777's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account login credentials or your failure to log out from a shared device
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on xr777 that was subsequently found to contain an error, including but not limited to published odds containing a palpable error

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xr777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the xr777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, text, game titles, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of xr777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the xr777 platform without prior written consent from xr777. Unauthorised use of xr777's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

14. Amendments to These Terms

xr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects members' rights or obligations — xr777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered on the affected account.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions of new game-specific rules — may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.

Your continued use of xr777 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any cleared balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

If you are not satisfied with xr777's response to a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to your payment provider for transaction disputes, or seek independent advice. xr777 does not currently operate a formal third-party dispute resolution scheme beyond payment provider processes.
